The Short Version
Digital products are delivered instantly. If a product genuinely isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. The membership is guaranteed for your first month, and can be cancelled any time after that — you keep access through the period you already paid for.
One-Time Digital Products (Individual Operators and Packs)
- These are delivered immediately after purchase and are consumable — once you open one, you have the full contents.
- You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order details and a sentence about what didn't work.
- We may decline requests where there is evidence of abuse, including repeated buy-and-refund activity, bulk purchasing followed by refund requests, or redistribution of the materials.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Membership (Recurring Monthly)
- Cancel any time from your account settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing.
- You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- We do not prorate or refund partial months. If you cancel on day three of a month you paid for, you keep access for the rest of that month.
- First month guaranteed: if you cancel within 30 days of your first membership payment, we refund that first month in full. No argument, no hoops.
Custom Build Services
Custom implementation work is quoted individually and governed by the written agreement or proposal for that engagement. Deposits and milestone payments for work already performed are non-refundable unless that agreement says otherwise.
Third-Party Tools
Some tools we recommend are sold by other companies, and some links are affiliate links. We cannot refund purchases you make from a third party. Contact that company directly under their refund policy.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem, contact us first — we would rather fix it than fight a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended and access to purchased materials revoked while the dispute is reviewed.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the email address on the order, the product name, the approximate purchase date, and a brief note on the reason. We aim to respond within two business days.
