All materials we publish and sell — including the operators, packs, guides, page copy, graphics, and layouts — are owned by Darkhorse Traders LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Reselling, redistributing, republishing, or sharing our paid materials is prohibited. We pursue infringement, including takedowns against file-sharing sites and marketplaces.
Reporting Infringement of Your Work
If you believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a URL is best.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
