CodyKeegan.AI is operated by Darkhorse Traders LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers codykeegan.ai, portal.codykeegan.ai, community.codykeegan.ai, and build.codykeegan.ai (together, the "Services").

Information You Give Us
- Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Purchase information: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Content you submit: posts, comments, questions, and files you upload to the community or send to support.
- Communications: emails you send us, and your subscription preferences.
- Optional business details you volunteer when requesting a custom build.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
- Analytics data, used to understand traffic and improve the Services.
What We Do Not Collect — Important
Our guides may instruct you to connect your own Google account (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) or other tools to your own Anthropic Claude account, or to another third-party AI product.
That connection is strictly between you and that third party. We are not a party to it. We do not receive, access, store, or process your email, your calendar, your files, or any data from those connections. We never see the contents of your Claude account or the outputs it generates for you.
Any data you provide to Anthropic, Google, or any other third-party tool is governed by that company's privacy policy and terms, not ours.
How We Use Information
- To create and maintain your account and deliver the products you purchased.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To provide support and respond to you.
- To send transactional messages such as receipts, access details, and service notices.
- To send marketing emails where permitted. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the message.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
Legal Bases (UK/EU Visitors)
- Performance of a contract: delivering what you bought.
- Legitimate interests: securing and improving the Services, and limited direct marketing.
- Consent: non-essential cookies and marketing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and compliance records.
How We Share Information
- Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and community platform vendors. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety: where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- Business transfer: if the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
Your California Rights
If you are a California resident, you may request: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; deletion of your personal information; correction of inaccurate personal information; and to opt out of sale or sharing, though we do not sell or share.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent.
Your UK/EU Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.
Email Marketing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages but not transactional messages about purchases you have made.

Data Retention
We keep account and purchase records while your account is active, and afterwards as needed for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Visitors
We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Do Not Track
There is no common industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, and we do not currently respond to them.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
