When you buy a product (course, blueprint, community access), you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own business. You cannot resell it, share it with others who didn't pay, or use it to build a competing product.
If you submit content (community posts, testimonials, survey responses), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and promote the Service. We won't use your name or likeness in marketing without your permission.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Once you've paid for a product, your price doesn't change for that purchase.
For digital products and courses (e.g., the Stack Mini-Course, Operator Filter Audit, downloadable blueprints sold as paid products): we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days with your order details.
Monthly memberships: cancel any time. We do not refund the current billing month, but you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Annual memberships: prorated refund within the first 30 days.
For paid services where we deliver custom work (e.g., the Operator Setup, the Operator Transform, white-glove services): a refund is available only if we haven't started work yet. Once work begins, payments are non-refundable. Specific service agreements may have additional terms.
If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card without first contacting us, we may revoke your access to all paid content and ban you from future purchases.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Darkhorse Traders LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We can suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason — including if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona. You and we both waive the right to a jury trial.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom tells you when. If we make material changes, we'll announce them via the newsletter. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
